再生是离子交换水处理技术中重要的工艺过程。再生方法的正确与否直接影响树脂的再生度。在锅炉水处理检验中发现,有些单位由于再生方法不正确,致使再生度较低。影响了锅炉的给水质量及周期制水量。下面就再生操作中出现的一些间题及再生方法对再生度的影响谈一些粗浅认识。就再生工艺而言,若以再生液与树脂的接触状态可分为静态再生与动态再生。静态再生是将再生液打入交换器内,使树脂浸泡的交换过程。动态再生是再生液按一定的方向,以一定的流速在树脂层中流动的交换过程。现列举一个再生实例进行探讨。
