使用Cr2O3改性后的γ-Al2O3微填充色谱柱,分析了He、H2、HD、D2混合气体。结果表明,经改性后的γ-Al2O3柱对氢同位素分析的谱图在峰型、保留时间、柱效等方面明显优于未经改性的γ-Al2O3柱。在柱温77.4 K、氖载气流速30 mL/min、进样量5~100μL条件下,氢同位素各组分线性关系良好,谱峰对称,H2、HD的分离度可达0.84,HD、D2的分离度可达1.74,H2、HD和D2组分的保留时间分别为1.07、1.36和2.26 min,RSD<3%。预计用于分析氕、氘、氚三元混合气体时,一次分析时间在4 min内。
The mixed gases of He, H2, HD and D2 were analyzed by γ-Al2O3 micro-packed column modified with Cr2O3. The results show that the hydrogen isotope analysis of the modified γ-Al2O3 column is better than the unmodified γ-Al2O3 column in terms of peak shape, retention time and column efficiency. Under the conditions of 77.4 K at the column temperature, 30 mL / min neon carrier gas flow rate and 5 ~ 100 μL injection volume, the hydrogen isotopes showed good linearity and peak spectral symmetry with resolution of 0.84, HD, D2 The resolution was up to 1.74.
