目的:探讨壮骨丸治疗骨质疏松症腰椎压缩性骨折后期临床效果。方法:选取2011年10月到2014年10月82例骨质疏松症腰椎压缩性骨折患者为研究对象,分成2组,对照组41例,予常规西医治疗,观察组41例,在对照组常规西医治疗的基础上加用壮骨丸治疗,观察治疗后相关指标变化情况。结果:在整体疗效上,对照组显效率29.27%、总有效率78.05%;观察组显效率56.1%、总有效率92.68%,两组比较差异有统计学意义;两组在治疗前和治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角比较差异均有统计学意义;对两组实验室指标进行比较,两组治疗前后骨密度比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组间比较差异有统计学意义。两组治疗前后在躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、情绪功能比较差异均有统计学意义;观察组治疗后与对照组比较,间躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、情绪功能差异有统计学意义。结论:壮骨丸能改善骨质疏松症腰椎压缩性骨折临床效果,远期临床效果满意。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Zhuanggu pills in the treatment of osteoporosis of lumbar vertebral compression fractures.
