一、前言建造一个小水电站的费用,主要包括:机电设备费(提供和安装水轮发电机组,以及辅助设备),土建工程费和维护运行费。然而,水头越低,每kw装机机电设备费就越高,其原因是需要增加机组尺寸。对很低水头的电站而言,这种费用增长更大(这类电站水头在1~5m之间)。图1的曲线介绍了水轮发电机组的费用。因此这类低水头电站只有在大量节省其它二项费用时方能采用。利用现有低堰,安装虹吸式机组正是能使土建工程费用得以节约的一种办法。
I. INTRODUCTION The cost of constructing a small hydropower station mainly includes: electromechanical equipment costs (provision and installation of hydro-generating units and auxiliary equipment), civil engineering costs and maintenance and running costs. However, the lower the head, the higher the electrical and mechanical equipment costs per kw, because of the need to increase the unit size. For very low head hydropower stations, this cost has increased even further (the head of such plants is between 1 and 5 meters). The curve in Figure 1 shows the cost of a hydro generator. Therefore, such low-head power plant can only be used when a large amount of other two items are saved. The use of existing low weir, installation of siphon unit is able to make civil engineering costs can be saved a way.
