监管工作在绿化工程项目中是一项不可忽视的工作,对项目的统筹、规划、科学种植、水文地理、绿化品种有机结合、绿化因地制宜等工作,都有着监管职责,要依照规划方案,切实起到项目监管的作用。通过介绍在绿化项目中监管的作用,以及监管工作人员应该具备的基本素养,论述了如何应对市场经济下的绿化监管。由静态管理到动态监管的各种有效措施,使得绿化工程始终沿着一条以质量、品种、美观、大方、成活率高的工程路线图进行,达到了预期的效果。
Supervision work in the afforestation project is a work that can not be ignored. It has supervisory responsibilities for the co-ordination of the project, planning, scientific planting, hydrogeography, organic integration of greening varieties, afforestation and so on according to local conditions, and in accordance with the planning plan, The role of project supervision. By introducing the role of supervision in greening projects and the basic qualifications that staffs should supervise, this paper discusses how to deal with the greening supervision under the market economy. The various effective measures from static management to dynamic regulation make the afforestation works along an engineering roadmap of quality, breed, beauty, generosity and high survival rate, achieving the expected result.
