本文所研究的是在高温下复合钢板压力容器的焊缝处蠕变裂纹的损伤评估,同时是在不变装载量的条件下完成的,由于压力容器是承受静止而比较稳定的载荷,要排除疲劳的影响,对疲劳损伤要忽略掉。复合钢板压力容器的焊缝与原材料相比较的话,其在膨缩强度、裂纹扩展速率以及裂变韧性上都有较大的区别,所以,焊缝也是容器的高温蠕变评定的重要的部位。
This paper studies the damage assessment of creep cracks in the weld of composite steel plate pressure vessel under high temperature and at the same time under the condition of constant load. Because the pressure vessel is to bear the static and stable load, it should be excluded The effect of fatigue, fatigue damage should be ignored. Compared with the raw materials, the weld of composite steel pressure vessel has a big difference in the expansion strength, crack growth rate and fissile toughness, so the weld is also an important part of the container creep assessment.
