针对五自由度磁浮转子在高速运转时,因质量偏心而产生的干扰制约回转精度这一主要问题,基于两平面动平衡原理,利用电磁力进行更高精度的自动平衡,分析了因位移传感器偏置而产生的前后轴承耦合影响,并给出了解耦办法。仿真结果表明,该方法可提高转子的回转精度和稳定性。
In view of the main problem that the magnetic five-DOF magnetic levitation rotor runs at high speed due to the eccentricity of the mass, the swing accuracy is restricted. Based on the principle of two-plane dynamic balance, a more accurate automatic balance is achieved by the electromagnetic force. The coupling effect of the front and back bearing couplings is given and the decoupling method is given. The simulation results show that this method can improve the rotor rotation accuracy and stability.
