目的研究棉布与无纺布混合包装无菌物品有效储存期限。方法通过无菌试验方法,对棉布与无纺布混合包装的无菌器械包灭菌保存期内的灭菌质量进行评价。结果每次抽检2个试验包内器械,共10次培养全部达到无菌生长。结果提示,用棉布和无纺布混合包装的器械包在无菌物品储存间于常温下(含夏季炎热季节)可储存215 d保持无菌。结论棉布与无纺布混合包装的无菌物品有效期应定为3个月。
Objective To study the effective storage period of the sterile package with mixed packaging of cotton cloth and non-woven fabric. Methods The sterility quality of the aseptic device package during the period of sterilization and sterilization of the mixed packaging of cotton cloth and non-woven fabric was evaluated by aseptic test. Results Each time sampling 2 test packets of equipment, a total of 10 times to achieve aseptic growth. The results suggest that a combination of cotton cloth and non-woven packaging equipment package in the sterile storage room at normal temperature (including the summer hot season) can be stored 215 days to maintain sterility. Conclusion Cotton and non-woven mixed sterile packaging items should be valid for 3 months.
