凯洛夫倡导的学生发展理念是“全面发展”。赞科夫主张的学生发展理念是“一般发展”。两者学生发展理念之根本不同点在于前者对学生的心理发展重视不足。我国基础教育阶段的学生发展现状仍是比较注重基础知识与技能的积累,对心理方面重要素质的培养有待重视。本文通过分析借鉴,得出如下启示:发展对象要注重全体性;发展动因要注重主体性;发展能力要注重整体性;发展目标要注重可持续性。
Kilov advocated the concept of student development is “all-round development ”. Zankoff advocated the concept of student development is “general development ”. The fundamental difference between the two concepts of student development lies in that the former lacks enough emphasis on students’ psychological development. The current situation of students’ development in basic education in our country still pays more attention to the accumulation of basic knowledge and skills, and needs to be paid more attention to the cultivation of the important psychological qualities. This article draws lessons from the analysis, draws the following enlightenment: the development of the object should pay attention to the whole; development motivation should pay attention to the subjectivity; development capability should focus on integrity; development goals should focus on sustainability.
