为克服传统水库优化调度系统中调度模型可移植性较差、可重用度低、难于扩展维护及单一方法造成业务局限性方面的不足,充分发挥计划调度对日常操作的指导作用,以知识可视化综合集成平台为支撑,采用面向服务的体系结构(SOA)、组件技术及Web Service技术,构建了集成应用模式下的水库优化调度系统,实现了调度的多方法对比应用,并以安康水库为例进行了业务应用。结果表明,该调度系统可靠、实用、有效。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of poor adaptability and low reusability of traditional dispatching model in dispatching system of traditional reservoirs, it is difficult to extend the maintenance and single business method caused by the limitations of the single method, give full play to the guiding role of planning and scheduling in daily operations, Integrated Services Platform (SOA), component technology and Web Service technology, a reservoir optimal dispatching system under integrated application mode is constructed, and the multi-method dispatching is implemented and compared with that of Ankang Reservoir Business applications. The results show that the scheduling system is reliable, practical and effective.
