为研究低速载货汽车车架的模态参数,运用有限元软件HyperWorks对低速载货汽车车架进行了自由模态的分析。同时基于LMS Test LAB振动测试系统对低速载货汽车车架进行了模态试验,采用最小二乘复频域法(LSCF法)提取车架的模态参数,得到在低频范围内与有限元模态分析结果基本一致的模态频率和振型。模态实验的结果验证了该有限元模型的正确性,进而为车架的改进设计提供理论依据。
In order to study the modal parameters of low-speed truck frame, the free modal analysis of low-speed truck frame was carried out by using finite element software HyperWorks. At the same time, based on LMS Test LAB vibration test system, the modal test on low-speed truck frame was carried out. The modal parameters of the frame were extracted by the method of least square complex frequency domain (LSCF) The results of modal analysis are basically consistent with the modal frequencies and mode shapes. The results of modal experiments verify the correctness of the finite element model and provide a theoretical basis for the improved design of the frame.
