目的检测甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)、甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)、结节性甲状腺肿患者血清脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]等血脂指标,探讨甲状腺激素水平血脂的影响。方法用全自动微粒子化学发光免疫分析技术检测FT3、FT4、TSH,以及用日立全自动生化分析仪测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL)、载脂蛋白(ApoB)、载脂蛋白(ApoA1)和LP(a);将36例甲亢、30例甲减、35例结甲患者的LP(a)等血脂指标与32例正常对照做比较。结果LP(a)在甲亢、甲减、结甲患者中与正常对照比,P>0.05,无显著性差异;甲亢患者CHO、LDL、ApoB均比正常对照低,P<0.01,有显著性意义;甲减患者CHO、LDL、ApoB均比正常对照高,P<0.05,有统计学差异;结甲患者血脂指标与正常对照比无意义。结论本试验发现甲功异常时只影响TC、、LDL、ApoB的浓度,对LP(a)、TG、HDL、VLDL无影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of thyroid hormone (Hypothyroidism), hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism) and serum lipoprotein (a) [LP (a)] in patients with nodular goiter. Methods FT3, FT4 and TSH were detected by automatic particle chemiluminescence immunoassay. The contents of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL), low density Thirty-six cases of hyperthyroidism, 30 cases of hypothyroidism, 35 cases of tuberculous dementia Patients LP (a) and other lipid indicators compared with 32 normal controls. Results There was no significant difference in LP (a) between hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, and tuberculosis patients with normal control, P> 0.05, and there was no significant difference in hyperthyroidism patients with CHO, LDL and ApoB ; Hypothyroidism patients with CHO, LDL, ApoB were higher than the normal control, P <0.05, there was a significant difference; tuberculosis patients with lipid indicators compared with the normal control meaningless. Conclusion This study found that abnormal thyroid function only affect the concentration of TC ,, LDL, ApoB, LP (a), TG, HDL, VLDL no effect.
