Most cutting tool materials used carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel, high-speed steel and cemented carbide. In terms of improving the cutting performance, the high-speed steel and hard alloy is the best, but both materials are very expensive. In order to save valuable high-speed steel and carbide, some of them first made of blades, and then brazing or mechanical fixation on the arbor. But often due to improper brazing or fixing methods, shedding occurred in the cutting process. The use of surfacing for tool production is an advanced method that not only has greater economic value, but also produces relatively simple. Tianjin University in this area have conducted some research work, initially came up
