班级管理是班主任根据一定的目的要求,采用相应的手段措施,带领全班学生,对班级中的各种资源进行计划、组织、协调和控制,以实现教育目标的组织活动过程。高中阶段,是学生的世界观、人生观、价值观形成和巩固的关键时期,因此,如何提高班级管理的成效,实现班级管理的科学性与艺术性兼顾,显得尤为重要。笔者试结合自身管理班级的实践,对班主任如何开展班级管理工作进行探讨和分析。一、树立三种理念,构建新型的师生关系
