制备了一系列黏度0.150~1.800 Pa.s,氨值0.200~0.596 mmol/g,折光率nd201.656 7~1.668 5,水溶性良好的亮黄色透明液体——聚醚改性氨基硅(SPEAS)。合成较佳工艺条件为:反应温度60~100℃,反应时间4~8 h。采用FTIR,1HNMR和TEM对有关产物和乳液进行了结构分析,结果表明,质量分数为2.0%的SPEAS水溶液粒径大小有差别。经其整理的棉布弯曲刚度减小(柔软性增强),折皱回复角增大,静态吸水时间降至1.48 s。
A series of viscidity 0.150 ~ 1.800 Pa.s, ammonia value 0.200 ~ 0.596 mmol / g, refractive index nd201.656 7 ~ 1.668 5, a good water-soluble bright yellow transparent liquid - polyether modified silicon (SPEAS) . The optimum synthesis conditions are: reaction temperature 60 ~ 100 ℃, reaction time 4 ~ 8 h. FTIR, 1HNMR and TEM were used to analyze the structure of the products and emulsions. The results showed that there was a difference in the size of SPEAS aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 2.0%. After its finishing, the bending rigidity of the cotton fabric is reduced (the softness is enhanced), the wrinkle recovery angle is increased, and the static water absorption time is reduced to 1.48 s.
