昆明星耀集团实业有限公司初创于1993年,经近二十多年的艰苦奋斗,从创业之初的一家小型装饰公司,发展到拥有11个经济实体,员工总数4100余人,年上缴利税3亿多元,涉足地产、商业、酒店、教育、医疗、体育、物业管理等多行业、多领域的大型产业化集团。公司之所以发展这样快速,用集团创始人颜语董事长的话说“这完全得益于我们拥有一支团结协作、风正心齐、高效快速的职工队伍”。
