近几年来,气相缓蚀剂在金属防锈上的应用日益推广.目前,气相缓蚀剂的使用主要是采用粉末法和用纸作载体法.而粉末法由于须称量包装,甚感不便,故使用单位要求将气相缓蚀剂制成片状.我厂在有关单位的帮助下,试制成了以亚硝酸二环己胺为主要成份的CS-2气相缓蚀片.现介绍如下: 一、配方与制造工艺1.配方:每片含亚硝酸二环己胺0.20克碳酸环己胺0.05克明胶0.008克硬脂酸镁0.005克2.制造工艺: (1) 配制10%明胶溶液:将明胶浸泡在离子交换水中24小时,待其膨胀后,于水浴上加温至80℃使之全溶而呈透明状; (2) 将明胶溶液喷洒在已混匀的亚硝酸二环己胺及碳酸环己胺的粉末上,使之润
