定位精度是机床的基本精度之一。文章阐述了利用高精度的激光干涉仪测试机床在装配过程中的定位精度,并把定位误差补入数控系统,可以有效地提高机床的精度,使定位精度达5 m。在确定机床定位精度的过程中,对温度条件在一定程度上对定位精度的影响不能忽略,可以通过激光干涉仪测试定位精度并补入数控系统,补偿后的机床定位精度可以达到6μm。
Positioning accuracy is one of the basic machine accuracy. The paper expounds the use of high precision laser interferometer to test the positioning accuracy of the machine during the assembly process, and completes the positioning error into the numerical control system, which can effectively improve the machine tool’s accuracy and make the positioning accuracy reach 5 m. In determining the positioning accuracy of the machine, the temperature conditions to a certain extent affect the positioning accuracy can not be ignored by the laser interferometer test positioning accuracy and fill the CNC system, the compensation of the machine tool positioning accuracy can reach 6μm.
