例一,男,58岁。1984年5月7日来诊。83年10月上旬不明原因突然发病,口舌乱动,不时发出“嗖嗖”、“哈哈”之声。自述嗓子发紧且夜眠差,多梦,易怒。发作呈阵发性,昼重夜轻,人多时加重,睡眠时消失。当地诊断、用药不详,治疗效果欠佳,转入我院。既往史、个人史、家族史无特殊。体检:呈阵发性口舌抽动,余正常。精神状况检查:意识清,仪态整,承认有病,要求治疗。心电图、脑电图、脑血流图均正常。抗“O”、脑脊液检查正常。诊为抽动一秽语综合征。用氟哌啶醇4mg,每日二次,
Example one, male, 58 years old. May 7, 1984 visit. In early October of 83 sudden onset of unknown reasons, tongue fluttering, from time to time issued a “wind whiz”, “ha ha” sound. Read the throat tight and night sleep worse, more dreams, irritability. Episodes were paroxysmal, day and night light, people often increase, sleep disappear. Local diagnosis, medication unknown, poor treatment, transferred to our hospital. Past history, personal history, family history no special. Physical examination: paroxysmal tongue twitching, more than normal. Mental status examination: clear-mindedness, integrity, recognition of illness, treatment requirements.
