3月13日,人民日报客户端刊文称,两会释放三大用人信号:改革促进派、讲真话的党员干部、有老少边穷地区任职经历的干部将被重用。2016年是全面建成小康社会决胜阶段的开局之年,是市县乡领导班子集中换届之年。笔者以为,开局之年、两会之际释放这三种用人信号,确立了换届之年的用人基调,指明了今后一个时期的工作重点,彰显了全面建成小康社会的决胜决心。
On March 13, the People’s Daily published an article in the client’s newspaper that said the two sessions will release three signals of employment: reform promotion factions, party members and cadres who tell the truth, cadres who have experience working in poverty-stricken areas and young people will be reused. 2016 is the first year of the deciding phase of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the year in which the leadership groups of cities, counties and townships are re-elected. I believe that the opening year, the release of these three kinds of employment signals on the occasion of the two sessions established the employment tone of the general election year, pointing out the priorities of the work in the coming period and demonstrating the determination to make a comprehensive construction of a well-to-do society.
