目的探讨不同纤维桩修复方式对重度楔状缺损前磨牙抗折性能的影响。方法 70例重度穿髓型楔状缺损前磨牙患者,均予以牙合面开髓根管治疗,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组患者根管治疗后予以纳米树脂填充修复,观察组根管治疗后予以纤维桩复合纳米树脂填充修复,治疗后对两组患者予以2年的跟踪回访,对比两组治疗效果。结果第一年随访:对照组患者的治疗成功率为88.6%,观察组治疗成功率为100.0%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第二年随访:对照组患者的治疗成功率为62.9%,观察组治疗成功率为97.1%,观察组患者的治疗成功率高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重度穿髓型楔状缺损前磨牙患者的治疗中,予以纤维桩粘固后再实施树脂修复,可以增加颊颈部修复体的固位,提高牙齿的折抗性能,可在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of different fiber post repair methods on the fracture resistance of severe wedge-shaped premolar tooth. Methods Seventy patients with severe premedicated wedged mandibular premolar teeth were treated with occlusal open root canal therapy and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with nano-resin filling after root canal treatment. The observation group received fiber-tube composite nano-resin filling and repairing after root canal treatment. The two groups were followed up for 2 years after treatment, and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The first year follow-up: the success rate of treatment in control group was 88.6%, and the success rate in observation group was 100.0%, with no significant difference (P> 0.05); The second year follow-up: the success rate of treatment in control group Was 62.9%. The success rate of treatment in observation group was 97.1%. The success rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions In the treatment of patients with severe premedication of wedged deformity wedge, the resin repair is performed after the fiber post is fixed, which can increase the retention of the buccal and cervical restoration and improve the flexion-resisting properties of the teeth, which may be clinically promoted.
