作者应用光学显微镜及电子显微镜对老年性聋病人的耳蜗神经核,听力正常人的前庭耳蜗吻合支及动物的耳蜗神经(部分前庭耳蜗吻合支)的传入、传出神经纤维的数目进行了估计。结果:老年性聋耳蜗核的神经细胞约为50000。前庭耳蜗吻合支平均有360根有髓纤维及1005根无髓纤维,比值是3.0。猫的耳蜗神经纤维90%是有髓纤维,10%是无髓纤维。耳蜗神经从脑干缘至蜗顶长约5 mm。钩区纤维于距脑干缘约3mm处进入螺旋板,但由于纤维呈螺旋状,若充分展开则至蜗尖的纤维长约7mm,至耳蜗底部的长约5mm。
The authors used optical microscopy and electron microscopy to estimate the number of afferent nerve fibers in the cochlear nucleus of the senile deafness, the anastomosis of the vestibular cochlea in the hearing normal, and the cochlear nerve (part of the vestibular anastomosis) of the animal .
