松散无胶结卵石层钻探问题,一直是地质钻探中的一个难题。近年来,我院采用泥浆灌浆冲击钻进工艺,取得了很好的效果。泥浆灌浆护壁冲击钻进工艺,是采用具有良好触变性和润滑减震作用、以PW植物胶为主要添加剂的泥浆灌浆护壁,用常规冲击钻具,裸孔冲击钻进。PW植物胶粉为土黄色固体粉末,无气味。钻进前,将适量PW植物胶粉与NaOH水溶液(NaOH含量0.4～1％)混合,充分搅拌至呈褐色粘稠状,制成PW植物胶液,用膨润土粉与Na_2CO_3水溶液(Na_2CO_3含量小于6％)配制成浓度为16～20％基
