目的 用氧耗法鉴别非热电损伤肌组织的变化。方法 用生物组织氧耗测量系统 ,自制媒介溶液和非热高压电损伤系列模型 ,于伤后 2h等各时间点在伤肢各区切取 12mm× 10mm× 1mm的肌片 ,行组织氧耗量测定 ,电脑打印数据 ,同部位取材组织学检测。结果 实验兔 4 0只 ,标本 182块。 2 0个标本氧耗在 9.77kPa/10 0s(50 % )以下 ,光镜下为坏死 ,大部氧耗在 16 .90~ 9.87kPa/10 0s(84 %~ 51% )之间 ,组织学为坏死、变性和正常共存 ,轻度损伤E区氧耗在 17kPa/10 0s(85% )以上 ,与组织学表现一样 ,基本正常。结论 氧耗法在电损伤肌肉组织损伤程度鉴别上 ,方便、迅速和准确 ,有一定的应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the changes of muscle tissue in non-thermoelectric damage by oxygen consumption method. Methods The tissue oxygen consumption measurement system, home-made vector solution and non-thermal high-voltage electrical injury model were used to measure the oxygen consumption of tissues at 12mm × 10mm × 1mm at each time point of 2h after injury. , Computer print data, with the same tissue histological examination. Results Experimental rabbits 40, 182 samples. The oxygen consumption of 20 specimens was below 9.77kPa / 100s (50%), necrosis under light microscopy, and the most oxygen consumption was between 16.90 and 9.87kPa / 100s (84% and 51%). Histology For necrosis, degeneration and normal coexistence, light damage in the E zone oxygen consumption in 17kPa / 100s (85%) above, and histological performance, basically normal. Conclusions Oxygen depletion method is convenient, rapid and accurate in the identification of injury degree of muscle tissue damaged by electrical injury, and has certain application value.
