目的探讨产钳模拟教学在产科临床技能教学中的应用价值和意义。方法 2016年6月1日至2016年9月1日期间在模拟教学培训中心参加产钳模拟教学的学员50人为研究对象,对培训前后产钳助娩的掌握情况及既往参加培训情况调查分析。计数资料采用χ2检验进行统计学分析;正态分布的计量资料采用t检验,非正态分布的计量资料采用秩和检验进行统计学分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果经过产钳模拟教学,研究对象在对产钳放置时机、产钳放置方法、如何判断产钳位置放置正确、牵拉产钳的方法(Pajot’s手法)以及撤除产钳的时机掌握程度有了明显的提高(P=0.000)。90%的研究对象认为模拟培训较传统的培训方式有明显的优势;98%的研究对象非常愿意继续参加类似的培训。结论产钳模拟培训在理论与实践相结合的基础上进行教学,明显提高培训对象的产钳技能,并得到参加者的广泛认可,较传统教学模式有极大的优势,应该得到大力推广。
Objective To explore the value and significance of forceps simulation teaching in obstetrics and clinical skills teaching. Methods From June 1, 2016 to September 1, 2016, 50 participants who participated in forceps simulation teaching in simulated teaching and training center were studied. The mastery of forceps delivery before and after training and the attendance training were investigated and analyzed. Counting data were analyzed by χ2 test. The measurement data of normal distribution were analyzed by t-test. The measurement data of non-normal distribution were statistically analyzed by rank sum test. P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results After the forceps simulation teaching, the object of study was to find out the timing of the forceps placement, the method of forceps placement, how to judge the placement of the forceps correctly, the method of pulling forceps (Pajot’s approach) and the timing of removing forceps (P = 0.000 ). Ninety percent of respondents considered simulation training as having a clear advantage over traditional training methods; 98% of the respondents were very willing to continue their training. Conclusions The forceps simulation training is based on the combination of theory and practice, which obviously improves the forceps practicing skills of the training subjects and is widely recognized by the participants. It has great advantages over the traditional teaching mode and should be greatly promoted.
