1957年毛泽东发表了《关于正确处理人民内部矛盾的问题》(简称《正处》)的光辉著作,第一次明确地提出了社会基本矛盾的科学概念,创造性地阐述了社会主义社会基本矛盾的理论;第一次在马克思主义发展史上提出’了社会主义社会两类矛盾的学说,标志着毛泽东的社会主义理论的一次新的飞跃。虽然这篇著作带有难以避免的不足和欠缺,有它的历史局限性,但它已达到了它产生的那个时代所能达到的高度,大大丰富了马克思列宁主义的理论宝库,无愧为马克思主义发展史上的丰碑。
