结合国产6110柴油机高压喷射技术的实用性开发,研究了供油系统中喷油泵、高压油管和喷油嘴对喷油压力的影响;并以激光纹影高速摄影和激光粒子尺寸分析仪,测量了喷油压力40~100MPa变化时的喷雾特性。结果表明:实现高压喷射的有效措施是采用多孔数、小孔径喷嘴;小孔径喷嘴在高喷射压力下,喷注的贯穿度和喷雾的破碎期减少,雾化改善。喷注中索特平均直径随喷油压力升高或孔径减小而明显下降。
Combining the practical development of the domestic high-pressure jet technology of 6110 diesel engine, the influence of fuel injection pump, high-pressure fuel pipe and nozzle on fuel injection pressure was researched. By laser profiling and laser particle size analyzer, Spraying pressure at 40 ~ 100MPa spray characteristics. The results show that the effective method of high pressure injection is to use the multi-hole and small-diameter nozzles. Under the high injection pressure, the penetration of spray and the breaking period of the spray are reduced and the atomization is improved. The average diameter of Sauter during injection was significantly decreased with increasing injection pressure or decreasing pore size.
