中国智力及发展性障碍者支持性就业可行性分析报告由北京联合大学特殊教育研究所许家成、国际劳工组织于2013年撰写、出版,探索与研究中国本土的支持性就业模式。提出中国智力障碍者存在的相互关联的三个问题,即就业难,托养和假就业。根据这一现状制定了项目核心理念并提出了具体的实施方法和流程,分析总结了实施这一项目的收获。报告表明在中国实施智力障碍者支持性就业是可行的,并为调整中国的智力障碍者就业社会环境和制定相应的政策提供循证实践依据。
Report on Feasibility of Supportive Employment of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in China By Xu Jiacheng, Institute of Special Education, Beijing Union University, the International Labor Organization wrote, published, explored and researched the local supportive employment patterns in 2013 in China. The three interconnected issues that exist for people with mental retardation in China are put forward, namely, employment difficulties, support and fake employment. Based on this situation, the core concept of the project was formulated and specific implementation methods and processes were put forward. The harvest of implementing this project was analyzed and summarized. The report shows that implementing supportive employment for people with intellectual disabilities in China is feasible and provides an evidence-based basis for adjusting the social environment for employment of people with intellectual disabilities and formulating appropriate policies in China.
