科技信息中心综合楼是南方某城市科技信息发展有限公司独立投资运作的高级公建项目,主要用于高新技术相关项目管理、研发,科技统计信息采集与分析,科技网站制作与维护,网络信息维护等。该建筑位于城市高新开发区,南侧是中心花园,北侧是规划中的高层建筑,东、西两侧是现有多层建筑。本次毕业设计主要完成该楼的建筑设计和结构设计。建筑总面积6172m2,总高度21.9m,局部高27m。本建筑共六层。平面标准层呈L形,纵向长57m,横向长29.1m。首层高3.9m,标准层高3.6m。主体结构采用以梁、板、柱为传力体系的现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,填充墙为普通砖墙,基础是柱下独立基础。本设计应用PKPM系列电算软件完成,并结合手算分析。通过PMCAD模块建立了一套描述建筑物整体结构的数据,为各功能设计提供数据接口,同时为基础设计提供设计荷载。
