文章通过对新疆22个有代表性的企业工会的问卷调查和选取部分样本进行面对面访谈,在回收的1 246份调查问卷的基础上,构建并计算得出新疆企业会员职工对工会组织提供服务的整体满意度指数为6.6,总体评价为满意。在此基础上使用Kmeans聚类分析方法将22个企业工会按照满意度指数(工会服务能力)聚成强中弱三种类型,最后基于职工满意度视角对新疆工会服务能力的提升给出对策建议。
Through interviewing and selecting some samples from 22 representative business unions in Xinjiang, the article builds and calculates 1226 questionnaires collected and calculated that the Xinjiang enterprise members and workers provide services to the trade union organizations Overall satisfaction index of 6.6, the overall rating as satisfactory. On this basis, using Kmeans cluster analysis method, the 22 enterprise unions are clustered into three types according to satisfaction index (union service ability), and finally the countermeasures and suggestions are given based on the perspective of employee satisfaction .
