压力管道漏水或漏汽时,倘若不关闭总阀使管道停水、停汽,一般是不能补漏的。这里介绍一种不停汽、不停水,可以用电焊堵漏的方法。第一种情况:压力管道上有漏水或漏汽点(图1的左图)。选择适当大小的普通四方机制螺母,置于漏点上,因有螺孔出水或出汽,所以,能将螺母焊死。接着,用密封胶带缠在一根螺栓上,拧入螺孔,即可堵漏(图1的右图)。第二种情况:见图2,压力管道上有裂缝。 Pressure pipe leaks or leaks, if not shut down the valve to stop water pipes, stop steam, generally can not be trapped.
