目的建立气相色谱法同时测定动火作业区域内乙烯、丙烯、异丁烯、丁二烯四种易燃易爆气体的检测方法。方法乙烯、丙烯、异丁烯和丁二烯的空气样品于动火作业前用铝塑采气袋采集,经邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和β,β’-氧二丙腈混合柱分离,以氢火焰离子化检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰高定量。结果乙烯、丙烯、异丁烯、丁二烯四种有害因素的检出限分别为0.3 mg/m3、0.5 mg/m3、1.5 mg/m3、2.0 mg/m3,标准曲线相关系数均为r=0.9999,相对标准偏差为1.4%~3.9%。结论通过色谱条件的选择、精密度试验、干扰试验、稳定性试验和现场试验,该方法适用于动火分析中乙烯、丙烯、异丁烯和丁二烯的同时测定。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of four flammable and explosive gases of ethylene, propylene, isobutylene and butadiene in the area of hot work by gas chromatography. Methods The air samples of ethylene, propylene, isobutylene and butadiene were collected in an aluminum-plastic bag before hot work. The samples were separated by dibutylphthalate and β, β’-oxydipropionitrile column, Flame ionization detector detection, retention time qualitative, peak high quantitative. Results The detection limits of the four harmful factors of ethylene, propylene, isobutylene and butadiene were 0.3 mg / m3, 0.5 mg / m3, 1.5 mg / m3 and 2.0 mg / m3 respectively. The correlation coefficients of the standard curve were all r = The relative standard deviation was 1.4% ~ 3.9%. Conclusion The method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of ethylene, propylene, isobutylene and butadiene by the analysis of chromatographic conditions, precision test, interference test, stability test and field test.
