[目的]为了探讨土壤有机质含量的统计学特征、分布特征及其与土壤盐分、pH等指标的相关性。[方法]分析和硕县内白刺属植物分布区、白刺属植物与胡杨混合分布区、白刺属植物与红柳混合分布区土壤有机质含量的分布情况。[结果]各区土壤不同深度的有机质含量依次为上层>中层>下层,有机质含量随深度增加而减少。表层土壤有机质含量分布规律是:白刺属植物与胡杨混合分布区>白刺属植物分布区>白刺属植物与红柳混合分布区;而对于垂直分布规律,各区土壤有机质含量都是从表层到下层呈现递减趋势,但是递减程度不同。白刺属植物分布区表层土壤有机质含量与全盐量呈0.05水平显著正相关,中层土壤有机质含量与Ca2+、K++Na+呈0.05水平显著正相关,下层土壤有机质含量与Mg2+、K++Na+、pH呈0.05水平显著负相关;白刺属植物与胡杨混合分布区表层土壤有机质含量与全盐量、Ca2+呈0.05水平显著正相关,中层土壤有机质除了与Ca2+呈0.05水平显著正相关以外,其他的都呈0.05水平显著负相关,下层土壤有机质含量与每个变量都呈0.05水平显著正相关;白刺属植物与红柳混合分布区表层土壤有机质含量与pH、Ca2+呈0.05水平显著负相关,中层土壤有机质含量与Mg2+呈0.05水平显著正相关,下层土壤有机质含量与pH呈0.05水平显著正相关。[结论]该研究可以为博斯腾湖周围生态环境的可持续发展提供合理的科学依据。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to investigate the statistical characteristics of soil organic matter, its distribution and its relationship with soil salinity, pH and other indicators. [Method] The distribution of soil organic matter in the area of Heterophylla, the mixed area of Populus and Populus euphratica in Heishou County and the mixed distribution of Nitraria and Tamarisk were analyzed. [Result] The contents of organic matter in different depths of soil in different areas were upper layer> middle layer> lower layer, and the content of organic matter decreased with depth. The distribution of organic matter in topsoil was: the mixed distribution area of Acanthopanax and Populus euphratica> the distribution area of Acanthus> the mixture of Acanthopanax and Tamarix spp. For the vertical distribution, the content of soil organic matter in each area was from surface to The lower layer shows a decreasing trend, but the degree of decline is different. The content of organic matter in the surface soil layer of Populus was significantly and positively correlated with the total salt content at the level of 0.05. The content of organic matter in middle layer soil was positively correlated with the content of Ca2 + and K + + Na + at 0.05 level. The content of organic matter in the lower layer was positively correlated with Mg2 +, K + , While the pH value was 0.05. There was a significant positive correlation between surface soil organic matter content and the content of total salinity and Ca2 + at the level of 0.05 in the mixture of Populus tomentosa and Populus euphratica. The content of soil organic matter in middle layer was significantly and positively correlated with the level of Ca2 + at 0.05 Were significantly negative correlation with the level of 0.05, the lower soil organic matter content and each variable were 0.05 levels were significantly positive correlation; Acacia and tamarisch mixed distribution of surface soil organic matter content and pH, Ca2 + 0.05 level was significantly negative, the middle Soil organic matter content was significantly and positively correlated with Mg2 + content of 0.05, while the content of organic matter in the lower soil layer was positively correlated with pH value of 0.05. [Conclusion] The study could provide a reasonable scientific basis for the sustainable development of ecological environment around Bosten Lake.
