目的 :探讨个体基因识别卡的应用价值。方法 :将PCR -STR分型技术和信息技术结合 ,为 12 0 6名独生子女制作 16位点个体基因识别卡 ,并建立相应人群DNA数据库。结果 :上述人群中 ,共检出 16 8个等位基因 ,6 6 2种基因型 ,基因型分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律 (P >0 .0 5 )。多态信息量 (PIC)为 0 .5 816~ 0 .86 0 9,累计非父排除率 (PPE)和个体识别力 (DP)分别达 0 .999996 0 6 36 2 8316和 0 .9999999999999999。结论 :制成 16位点个体基因识别卡具有强大的个体识别能力 ,预期可在失散追寻、财产继承、骨髓移植等需要进行个体识别的活动中发挥重要的作用 ;所建立的DNA数据库可为福建省汉族人群法医个体识别和亲权鉴定、遗传学研究提供基础资料。
Objective: To explore the value of individual gene identification card. Methods: PCR-STR typing and information technology were combined to make a 16-locus individual gene identification card for 12 0 6 singletons and to establish a DNA database of the corresponding population. Results: A total of 16 8 alleles and 6 6 genotypes were detected in the above population. The distribution of genotypes conformed to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P> 0.05). The polymorphic information content (PIC) was 0.5816 ~ 0.86 0 9, and the cumulative non-parent exclusion rate (PPE) and individual recognition power (DP) were 0.999996 0 6 36 2 8316 and 0.9999999999999999, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The 16-locus individual gene identification card has a strong ability of individual identification and is expected to play an important role in individual identification activities such as lost traceability, inheritance of properties and bone marrow transplantation. The established DNA database may be Fujian Provincial Han forensic individual identification and paternity testing, genetic research to provide basic information.
