针对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司120 t转炉出钢口套砖使用寿命低,前期流钢时间长、温降大,后期易散流、二次氧化严重,挡渣效果差、回磷严重等问题,在出钢口套砖更换、使用、维护过程中,采用新材料、新技术和新工艺,实现了出钢口套砖使用寿命延长,最佳流钢时间4 min~5 min 50 s占73.6%,温降减少12℃,下渣回磷事故由每月7起降低至3起以下。
