采用乙腈提取罗非鱼中的结晶紫及其代谢物残留,经SPE柱净化后直接上仪器检测,在标准系列中加入阴性样品作为对照,以抵消检测过程中的误差对结果的干扰。实验优化了仪器的检测条件,达到了足够的灵敏度,样品提取液可不经浓缩直接进样测定,从而建立了一个简便、快速的初筛方法。结果表明,加标回收率为68.4%~108%,相对标准偏差为5.4%~10.3%,结晶紫及代谢物的定量限(LOQ)分别为0.50,0.30μg/kg,检出限(LOD)分别为0.20,0.10μg/kg。
Acetonitrile was used to extract the crystal violet and its metabolite residues in tilapia. After purification by SPE column, the instrument was directly used for detection. A negative sample was added to the standard series as a control to offset the interference caused by the error in the detection process. The experiment optimizes the detection conditions of the instrument to achieve sufficient sensitivity. The sample extract can be directly injected into the sample without concentration determination, thus establishing a simple and rapid screening method. The results showed that the recoveries were 68.4% -108% and the relative standard deviations were 5.4% -10.3%. The LOQs of crystal violet and its metabolites were 0.50 and 0.30 μg / kg, respectively.
