在使用激光光源方面,最近发展了一些新技术,它们具有下列诸优点:可以直接分析不导电的材料,而不需烦琐地制备试样。又能将物质从直径为10微米的小喷口中蒸发出来,因此有可能对物质进行微区分析。由于使用了激光,取样与激发的再现性都很高,所以利用激光扫描试样表面,可很准确地分析任何种类的同质材料。本文报导了有关激光光谱分析的目前状况。
In the use of laser light sources, recently developed a number of new technologies, they have the following advantages: You can directly analyze non-conductive materials, without cumbersome preparation of the sample. In turn, the material is evaporated from a small orifice of 10 microns in diameter, making it possible to perform micro-area analysis of the material. Due to the high laser and sampling and excitation reproducibility, laser scanning of the specimen surface allows for the accurate analysis of any kind of homogenous material. This article reports on the current state of laser spectroscopy.
