体育运动作为一种促进人们身心健康发展的方法和手段,其作用是不可忽视的。为了进一步研究体育运动与青少年心理健康的关系,本文举办了填写《青少年体育运动与心理健康调查问卷》的活动,首先根据调查问卷结果绘制了青少年业余时间分配饼状图,分析了目前青少年参加体育运动的现状及其原因;然后统计分析了体育运动与各心理健康问题的关系,得出体育运动对青少年心理健康有着一定的促进作用;最后,为了充分发挥体育运动对青少年心理健康的促进作用,重点研究了其方法与途径,为培养心理健康的合格人才奠定了基础。
