本文从高职化学与生物技术类专业创新型人才培养现状出发,提出在教学过程中,应采用“探究启发式”教学与“学习情境式”教学,运用“工作化”实践训练方法,加强创新和创业教育,建立“主干专业+拓展专业”复合式人才培养模式,不断提升学生创新意识和职业能力。同时提出应建立多种保障措施立体推进教学改革。
Based on the status quo of cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational chemistry and biotechnology specialty, this paper puts forward that in the process of teaching, we should adopt “learning heuristic” teaching and “learning situation” teaching, using “working” Practice training methods, strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education, the establishment of “backbone specialty + expand professional” compound personnel training mode, and constantly improve students’ innovative awareness and professional ability. At the same time, we should establish a variety of safeguards to promote the reform of the three-dimensional education.
