近年来,随着改革的不断深入,医疗市场的确立和竞争,大多数县级综合医院的经济状况有明显好转,在某种程度上达到了收支平衡,或略有结余,经济活力逐步增强。但作为贫困山区的县级妇幼保健院,由于条件的限制,加上工作性质的差异,在经济上尽管通过多方面的努力,业务收入逐年上升。然而,仍然没有摆脱和减轻经济上的困境和压力,收支难以平衡。有鉴于此,笔者结合本院实际,就目前贫困山区县级妇幼保健机构的经济现状作一分析并提出今后发展对策。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of reforms and the establishment and competition of the medical market, the economic conditions of most county-level general hospitals have improved markedly. To a certain extent, they have reached a balance or a slight balance, and economic vitality has gradually increased. . However, as a county-level maternity and childcare hospital in impoverished mountainous areas, due to the limitations of the conditions and the difference in the nature of work, business income has been increasing year by year despite the efforts of the economy. However, the economic difficulties and pressures have not been shaken off and eased, and balances have been difficult to balance. In view of this, the author combines the reality of this hospital to analyze the current economic situation of the county-level maternity and child care institutions in poverty-stricken mountainous areas and proposes future development strategies.
