镍镀层对硬质合金激光焊接性能的影响

分别采用 Cu及 Ag Cu钎料为填充材料进行硬质合金激光焊接 ,讨论了在硬质合金表面电镀单质镍后 ,电镀层对硬质合金的激光焊接性能的影响。实验表明 ,电镀层的存在显著改善了硬质合金的激光焊接性能 ,并且 ,镀层的厚度对焊接质量有重要影响。 The Cu and Ag Cu brazing filler metal were used as the filler material for laser welding. The effects of the plating layer on the laser welding performance of the cemented carbide after the single nickel plating on the cemented carbide surface were discussed. Experiments show that the presence of plating layer significantly improves the laser welding performance of cemented carbide, and the thickness of the coating has an important impact on the welding quality.
