旨在对那些研究社会政治进程的社会心理进行分析。民主被视为社会治理的手段之一,同时,民主作为社会政治体系,以社会心理现象为表象,通过对个人与社会的行为动机加以治理的方式呈现出来。民主具有程序性,或者说,民主是一个过程;民主属性发展程度的特点在于公民参与制定社会决策的程度;没有既民主又不民主的国家,只是各国民主发展程度不同。
It aims to analyze the social psychology that studies the social and political process. Democracy is regarded as one of the means of social governance. At the same time, as a social and political system, democracy takes the appearance of social and psychological phenomena as a way to show the personal and social motives. Democracy is procedural. In other words, democracy is a process. The degree of development of democratic attributes is characterized by the extent to which citizens participate in making social decisions. There are no democracies or democracies, only the degree of democratic development in different countries.
