为了研究九堡大桥施工过程的真实受力状况,利用1∶40全桥模型试验模拟了实桥施工全过程,主要包括模型设计、相似关系、测点布置及试验工况等。对各工况下试验数据与理论数据进行比较,结果表明:实测数据与理论计算之间有良好的对应关系,所得试验结果能很好地反映工程实际情况;临时撑杆及其连接部位的应力情况是施工过程中的关键应力监控部位;同一测点位置在不同顶推试验工况下应力幅值会出现正负交替波动现象,且顶推过程中单片拱肋各截面受力的对称性已不再满足。
In order to study the actual stress of the construction process of Jiubao Bridge, the whole process of real bridge construction is simulated by 1:40 full-bridge model test, including the model design, the similarities, the arrangement of test points and the test conditions. The experimental data and theoretical data of each working condition are compared.
