应用植物数量性状“主基因+多基因混合遗传模型”方法,分析了辽粳371×辽粳326株高(plant height,PH)性状的遗传效应。结果表明:株高性状的遗传符合两对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因混合遗传模型(E-0),两对主基因的加性效应分别为11.7和4.3,主基因遗传率为90.0%。经SSR标记,利用Qgene软件对该F2代群体进行QTL分析,在第9条染色体上检测到2个株高性状QTL位点qPH-9-1和qPH-9-2,LOD值分别为6.4和4.1,加性效应为24.2和4.1,贡献率为18.7%和12.3%。
The genetic effect of plant height (PH) traits of Liaojing 371 × Liaojing 326 was analyzed using the quantitative trait “Major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model”. The results showed that the heredity of plant height traits conformed to the two additive-dominance-epistatic genes + additive-dominance-epistasis polygene mixed inheritance model (E-0) For 11.7 and 4.3, the heritability of the major gene was 90.0%. QTL analysis was performed on the F2 population using Qgene software. Two QTLs for plant height traits qPH-9-1 and qPH-9-2 were detected on chromosome 9, with LOD values of 6.4 and 4.1, additive effects of 24.2 and 4.1, the contribution rate of 18.7% and 12.3%.
