党员组织关系是党员对党的基层组织的隶属关系,加强党员组织关系排查和管理是严格党员教育管理监督的基础和前提。其中,高校大学生党员是党员队伍中特殊而重要的一个群体,是我党新生力量的重要来源,对于这个群体的党员组织关系的管理,有着其独有的特殊性和针对性。本文将独立学院作为研究的独特背景,拟结合独立学院大学生党员组织关系管理特色,以苏州科技大学天平学院为例,调查了解目前党员组织关系排查现状,并根据现状中存在的问题和薄弱环节对党员组织关系的日常管理提出切实有效的对策和建议,对提升学院党员组织管理工作质量具有较强的实用性和针对性。
