Blood indicators can objectively reflect changes in physiological adaptability. Altitude training during changes in blood indicators, as the body can adapt to altitude environment and training load important evaluation index. This paper systematically monitors the blood indexes of juvenile swimmers at different stages of plateau training, and discusses the changing rules of body function, which provides a reference for adolescent swimmers’ plateau training. The author selected 23 male athletes (6 national athletes and 17 national athletes) elite male swimmers, aged (16.0 ± 1.4) years, height (179.1 ± 5.5) cm and weight (70.5 ± 7.7) kg, the training period is (8.5 ± 1.8) years. The training period includes 8 days before the plateau (100m) preparation period, 24 days after the plateau (1890m) training period and 25 days after the plateau (100m) adjustment period. Quiet blood samples are taken early in the different phases. Whole blood was used to test blood tests, including red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (HGB), hematocrit (HCT) and white blood cell count
