这是一项关于轻微倾斜管道中油/水混合物流型转变的理论研究。从油/水层流的线性-稳定性理论得出的两条准则用于预测层流到非层流的转变。把水平管道和倾斜管道(±1°和±5°)的理论转变分界限与已出版的实验数据作了比较。研究表明管道的倾斜度对层流区域有显著的影响。取得的结果对原油的出油管线和定向井的设计与操作很有帮助。
This is a theoretical study on the flow pattern transition of oil / water mixtures in slightly inclined pipes. Two criteria derived from the linear-stability theory of oil / water laminar flow are used to predict the transition from laminar to non-laminar flow. The theoretical transition limits for horizontal and inclined pipes (± 1 ° and ± 5 °) are compared with published experimental data. Research shows that the inclination of the pipeline has a significant impact on the laminar flow area. The results obtained are very helpful for the design and operation of crude oil export pipelines and directional wells.
