设计了在流动状态下精确控制掺氢量的气路系统,完成了氖气为缓冲气体的流动式溴化亚铜激光器掺氢的实验研究,结果表明适量掺氢能使激光功率和效率提高约50%、讨论了掺氢对基态铜原子密度和放电等离子体阻抗的影响。
The gas system with precise control of the amount of hydrogen doped in the flowing state was designed and an experimental study on the hydrogen-doped hydrogen bromide in a flow-type cuprous bromide laser with buffer gas was completed. The results show that proper hydrogen doping can improve the laser power and efficiency 50%. The effects of hydrogen doping on the density of ground state copper atoms and the discharge plasma impedance were discussed.
