对大部分电致发光显示器而言,发射光谱随激发电压的变化是不明显的,仅随激发频率而变化.本文所研究的特殊的ZnS:Mn.Cu材料,情况有所不同,发射光谱随激发电压的变化非常明显.随激发电压的增加,光谱从蓝到绿直至变为橙黄色.随激发频率的增加,光谱逐渐变蓝,这就是变色的电致发光.本文重点研究发射光谱随激发电压的变化,并讨论了随激发电压的增加,发射光谱中蓝带和黄带增长速度不同的原因是由于激发机理不同而引起的.
For most of the electroluminescent displays, the emission spectrum is not obvious with the change of the excitation voltage and only changes with the excitation frequency. The special ZnS: Mn studied in this paper. Cu materials, the situation is different, the emission spectrum with the excitation voltage changes is very obvious. As the excitation voltage increases, the spectrum changes from blue to green until it turns orange. As the excitation frequency increases, the spectrum turns blue gradually, which is the color-changing electroluminescence. This paper focuses on the emission spectra with the excitation voltage changes, and discusses with the excitation voltage increases, the emission spectrum of blue and yellow band growth rate due to different excitation mechanism caused.
