美国政府基于国家利益组织的“雷达研制”等军事研发工程,有力地促进了大学跨学科研究的发展和繁荣。雷达研制在美国能取得巨大的成功,最根本的原因就是多学科领域的科学家、工程师等人之间进行有效的跨学科研究。从雷达研制的复杂过程可以发现,多任务协作的跨学科研究合作需要合理的多学科人才结构匹配,即:战略决策人才、组织管理人才、科学研究人才与工程技术人才。
The U.S. government has vigorously promoted the development and prosperity of interdisciplinary research based on military research and development projects such as “Radar Research and Development” of national interest groups. Radar development in the United States can achieve great success, the most fundamental reason is multidisciplinary field of scientists, engineers and other people between the effective interdisciplinary research. From the complex process of radar development, we can find that the multidisciplinary cooperation in interdisciplinary research needs a reasonable multi-disciplinary talent structure matching, namely: strategic decision-making talent, organizational management personnel, scientific research personnel and engineering and technical personnel.
